Each participant can only take one (1) course from Group A (9:30 am – 12:00 pm) and one (1) course from Group B (01:30 pm – 04:00 pm).
Course enrollment will be made on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis.
Enrollment in a course is limited by the number of its participant set by the lecturer, so applicants should rank their course preferences for Group A and for Group B. In each section, choose number ‘1’ in the box next to the most preferred course in that section. Continue numbering with ‘2’ as the second choice and ‘3’ as the third. In total, 6 preferences should be listed (1-3 in each section).
Applicants should confirm in advance of any potential issues regarding the transfer/conversion of credits earned at ASP 2025 by consulting with a representative at their home university.
Please note that the ‘Immersive Tourism Program‘ and ‘Immersive Culinary Program‘ are offered as a combined course. Enrollment in only one of these classes is not permitted; both must be taken together. This requirement applies exclusively to these two programs, while other courses can be chosen independently.
